ExCube partnered with a mid-scale real estate development company to develop a super affordable rent to own concept. This 60,000 sqft apartment building maximized number of units and still offered a luxurious double Height lobby and generous communal spaces. We explored unorthodox concepts such as open corridors and staircases to meet the target budget.
